I’m an Executive Coach and Leadership Advisor who is passionate about helping people becoming the best version of themselves. I believe anyone can achieve their professional goals whilst maintaining a healthy, balanced and fulfilling life.

Background

I have a background of over 15 years of consulting and strategy advisory to top global companies such as Deloitte, Citigroup, Telefonica and the World Bank, complemented with experience working at Egon Zehnder, one of the leading Executive Search and Development firms in the world. With an MBA from one of the leading business schools in the world and, after years spent in the corporate world, I can relate to the business challenges executives face every day. In addition, I know exactly what it takes to support their development and provide the leadership insight that often is missing in coaching relationships.

Global experience

I have lived and worked in four different countries across two continents and have first-hand experience of what it feels like to have a fast track career. But I also know what it feels like to always chase the next promotion, the next role, or the next big thing without a clear sense of direction or purpose. It is easy to be head down pursuing the next challenge without understanding what we are really after or what truly gives us energy and makes us happy.

Fulfilment

For too long, every single time someone asked me what is the most important thing to me the answer came immediately: creating shared experiences with those I care about. Yet, for many years I’ve spent most of my awake time in meetings with strangers, managing stakeholders I didn’t care that much about or creating PowerPoint decks that went nowhere, and having very little actual impact on the world around me.

The realisation I wasn’t spending my energy in the things that truly make me happy made me completely reassess how I live my life and how I spend my time.

Today, I focus on what I truly value and I do what  I truly am passionate about. I’m not bound to a corporate schedule so I can take my children to the park during the day if I feel like it. I can fit some exercise in my day so I can feel energised and healthy. I can focus on working with people I find interesting and am blessed to witness their development and growth and how they go on to create their own impact in the world.

I’m not a traditional executive coach. And I enjoy working with non-traditional people. I work with people who have a desire to evolve and want to do something great.
